MANDASARU NATURE CAMP

 The Mandasaru Ecotourism site was initially developed as a day tourism center under OFSDP. After the initial success as a day tourism center, it was decided to develop night-staying facilities at the site. Accordingly, funds were provided by the district administration of Kandhamal under the IAP scheme. The project included the construction of a wooden cottage( Two rooms and dining ) , renovation of the watch tower, provision of water, electricity, beautification, etc. 

HABILIKHATI NATURE CAMP

 Bhitarkanika Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park are known as the “ Mini-Amazon” of India. Lying on the coast of the Bay of Bengal, it is the second largest Mangrove ecosystem of our country after Sundarbans. Dangamal Nature Camp, Habalikhati, and Gupti Nature Camps are located inside Bhitarkanika with luxurious accommodations and different choices of cuisine and delicacies. The World’s largest congregation of Salt Water Crocodiles is seen in the creeks of Bhitarkanika.

JAMUANI NATURE CAMP

 Similipal Tiger Reserve which spreads over 2750 Sq.Kms is a part of the Eastern Ghats and Central Indian Landscape. Not only a Tiger Reserve, but Similipal is also a National Park, Wildlife Sanctuary, Biosphere Reserve, and also a part of the Mayurbhanj Elephant Reserve. Similipal derives its name from the abundance of Semul or Red Silk Cotton trees that bloom vividly in its forest. The vast stretches of the forest of Similipal are a unique composition of deciduous, semi-evergreen, high-level Sal, grassland & savannahs

GURGURIA NATURE CAMP

 Gurguria Kumari is located 2 km from the nature camp. The virgin nature camp is located in a small green village in the middle of the Simlipal forest Around the hill, the virgin is like a desert with its bright green paddy fields. It has three accommodation options - bamboo huts, kumarimanchan, and Santhal huts. Gurguria looks like a hill station on the banks of the Khairi River Indigenous orchids blooming in the summer, elephant hiking, and mountain trekking are the main attractions here. 

CHOTKEI NATURE CAMP

  Chhotkei is a small remote village inside the hilly and scenic terrain of Satkosia Tiger Reserve, about 5km from its Gram Panchayat, Purunakote. It is 65km from its district town, Angul, and 160km from the state capital, Bhubaneswar. While Angul is one of the most developed districts of Odisha, and the Power House of the state lighting the country, it, unfortunately, fails to expel the darkness underneath. Chhotkei is one such village in Angul where grid electricity is yet to reach. Previously people had been provided solar home lighting systems by OREDA, but are now in need of maintenance which is lacking

Satkosia Sands Resort

  

Also known as the Southern Satkosia or the Gorge Sanctuary, the Satkosia Sands Resort at Badamul is a perfect holiday destination for nature lovers and those who seek solitude.

Surrounded by the jungles of Satkosia Tiger Reserve, “Satkosia Sands Resort” at Badmul is located on the foothills of majestic mountains facing the Satkosia Gorge where the magnificent Mahanadi meanders through the golden sand bars.


DEBRIGARH NATURE CAMP

  Debrigarh Nature Camp is nestled inside the famous Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary & on the bank of the vast Hirakud Lake & Reservoir (743 Sq. Km). Debrigarh Sanctuary is popular for easy sighting of a variety of wild animals (Bison, Leopard, Sambar, Wild Boar, Spotted Deer, Chousingha, Wild Dog, Porcupine, Nilgai, etc) & migratory birds by the visitors. Debrigarh Nature Camp is 40 Km from Sambalpur town &  45 km from Bargarh town. 

MANGALJODI NATURE CAMP

  

 Enjoy the panoramic view of Mangalajodi from the 12 luxury(AC) cottages of Mangalajodi Nature Camp on the hill slope. The Nature Camp offers a spectacular view of Mangalajodi and lakhs of birds flocking all around the sky can be seen from the Nature Camp. The magical Sunrise and Sunset on the horizons of the blue Lagoon can be best viewed from the cottages. Food horizons are included in the accommodation price and the best local delicacies are prepared in the traditional manner by the local communities. After a day full of sighting different colors of birds from different continents of the World here, enjoy an evening cup of tea in the Nature Camp viewing the picturesque lagoon & wetland. 


RAJHANS NATURE CAMP

 Rajhans Island is a stretch of land separating the majestic Chilika Lake from the Bay of Bengal Sea. Rajhans Nature Camp with Ten lake-facing luxurious tented accommodations(Swiss Cottage Tents with attached sophisticated toilets) is on Rajhans Island with Chilika Lake on one side and the Bay of Bengal on the other side. The nature camp is a perfect gateway for tourists who are looking for a stay in the wilderness of nature or a beach holiday or both. 

KHANDADHAR NATURE CAMP

  The Nature Camp located at Khandadhar famous for Khandadhar waterfalls is situated amidst the lush green surroundings of Khandadhar hills. The magnificent waterfall originates from the upper Khandadhar hills and falls down from an amazing height of about 244 Mt. Its wide range of flora and fauna is the main attraction for eco-tourists, students, researchers, and visitors who throng to this place all around the year. There is ample scope for study and research at Khandadhar Eco-tourism site, which also serves as a favourable destination for wildlife writers and photographers.

TENSA NATURE CAMP

  Tensa Nature Camp" is a community-managed sustainable ecotourism initiative of the Bonai Forest Division. The Nature Camp is located at "Tensa" which is known as "the Natural hill station of Sundargarh". At an altitude of 818 m. above MSL the place is of natural and cultural importance and hence has a lot of ecotourism potential. It is the most frequently visited hill station in Western Odisha by tourists; however, no accommodation facilities were there previously. One, who visits the place can explore the natural richness of the hilly forests of Eastern Bonsai. 

CHANDIPUR NATURE CAMP

  Chandipur Beach, 16 Km from Balasore is popularly known as the “Vanishing Sea” or the “Hide and Seek” beach of India- where the Sea disappears every day twice. Stay in the six Eco-Cottages at Chandipur Nature Camp amid golden sand and sprawling waves, and witness the mystery of the vanishing Sea twice every day. Enjoy the cool climate complemented by a multi-ethnic and cultural population that is friendly & welcoming. The Sea at Chandipur recedes twice a day up to almost 5 km and all the Sea-animals get exposed. The beach is located on the shore of the Bay of Bengal.
